1. Acceptance

By using the JABAL Match app or creating an account, you agree to these terms and to the Privacy Policy.

2. The service

The app provides a compatibility database for phone spare parts (screens, batteries, charging ports and more) with technical notes, to help technicians and traders find the right replacement part.

3. Accuracy

We work to keep information accurate, but it is provided "as is" without any warranty. Always verify a part before installing it. We are not liable for any damage or loss resulting from reliance on the information.

4. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details confidential and for all activity under your account. The information you provide must be accurate.

5. Acceptable use

• Do not copy, scrape, republish, or sell the database.
• Do not reverse engineer the app or circumvent its protections.
• Do not use the app for any unlawful purpose or in a way that harms the service or others.

6. Intellectual property

The app, its content, design, and database belong to JABAL Match. Phone manufacturer names and logos belong to their respective owners and are used only to identify compatibility; the app is not affiliated with or endorsed by any of them.

7. Links and banners

The app may contain banners and links to third parties; we are not responsible for their content or services.

8. Updates and maintenance

We may update the app or pause it temporarily for maintenance, and an update to a newer version may be required to continue using it.

9. Account termination

You can delete your account at any time in Settings → Delete account. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the app.

11. Changes

We may change these terms from time to time and will show the last-updated date at the top.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Iraq.
